CONSTRUCTION TEAM

As a member of the Construction Team you are part of our team of front line workers and you will be out on jobsites installing closets and fixing punch and warranty items throughout newly constructed single-family homes.  You are the day-to-day face of the company and the members of our company working directly with our customers.  Construction Team members are responsible for troubleshooting; fixing and or repairing punch items, and the overall customer experience and satisfaction with the job. 

The following is a list of the daily job activities and responsibilities you will be tasked with and expected to complete to the companies standard. 

  • The Construction Team is responsible for showing up to the office on time, with a good attitude in proper work attire each workday dictated by current and future weather and as directed by their respective Manager.
  • Construction Team members are given a daily list of addresses from the Construction Manager containing Work Orders with information about the job to be completed by the end of each business day.
  • As a Construction Team member you are responsible for reading and understanding the job information / paperwork given to you by your Construction Manager.  If you have questions or need clarification you are to ask the Construction Manager prior to leaving the office.
  • You are responsible for completing the work as it is described in the work order.
  • Construction Team members are required to track, maintain and submit the following information on a regular basis:
    • A personal Bi-Weekly Timesheet
    • A Daily log of the billable hours spent at each job address
    • The type of work performed at each job address
    • Photos of before and after the work are Complete.
    • Signed Work Orders as Required by each Client
    • The cost and receipts for any materials purchased to complete a job
    • Any additional requests that were performed not on original PO
  • The Construction Team is responsible for safe work practices as designated in the Sage Creek Safety Manual.  
  • All team members are required to follow OSHA requirements while you are on the clock and at any jobsite. All team members are required to wear PPE at all times as required. 
  • The Stormwater Team Driver must be able to work 5 days and be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day.

 

  • Must have basic construction Knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, paint, drywall and other such activities as needed to fix and repair homes.  
  • Must have own Basic Construction Tools
